Where do you provide your exhibition stand services?
Ethiopia, Kenya and Rwanda, we only provide services in countries where we control the end-to-end production process.
What types of exhibition stands can you build?
Our focus is fully fledged custom stands and country pavilions, however, we have now launched semi-custom / modular stand concepts to provide our customers with solutions for all budgets.
How early should we contact you before an exhibition?
In theory, the more time we have, the better. We would suggest starting the conversation 2-4 months before the event. Designs should then be finalised and contracts signed no less than 4-6 weeks from the event date.
Can you manage the full exhibition process from start to finish?
We absolutely can. Providing an end-to-end solution and taking all the pressure and stress away from our customers is one of our key selling points.
Do you offer both custom and modular stand options?
Yes, we offer both custom and semi-modular stands, all with a focus on functionality and quality.
What information do you need from us to begin a project?
The event name, precise size and location of the stand, overview of your business, objectives of participating, details on any special activities planned, brand guidelines and ideally a budget range.
Do you build country pavilions for government organisations?
Very much so, we work closely with a number of government entities from Ministries to Trade Promotion Agencies and Industry Associations.
How do you ensure the stand matches our brand and objectives?
We ask the right questions, listen carefully and do all the research that we can.
Do you support international companies exhibiting in Africa for the first time?
Absolutely, this is one of our areas of expertise. We have a global outlook and extensive local knowledge.
What is the typical timeline for designing and building a stand?
From design through to being ready to install at the venue, it can take anything from 4 to 12 weeks.
